Silver Monkey pewterware began in 1997 with home shows and small bazaars in the Richmond, Virginia area. It was an ideal home-based business, as its founder, Francine Spradlin, was also a dedicated wife and "stay at home mom" of three busy children. Since then, business has grown and we became involved with larger shows, some outside of the Richmond area, and also moved into a retail space. We have met so many people from outside of the Richmond area that launching a website for all to shop was inevitable! We hope you enjoy shopping Silver Monkey.
